Your digital application

Thank you for using our digital application tool. Please make sure you include at least the following documents:

  • Cover letter
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Master's or Bachelor's certificates
  • Other relevant documentation (e.g. work references, internships, etc)


Now we check your documents and coordinate your qualifications and skills with the relevant department. We then decide together whether to invite you to a telephone interview.

We take a few days for this, but you should receive a (intitial) feedback within 1-2 weeks. If necessary, we will also contact you by phone.

Initial contact

If we contact you by phone, you can be sure that you have aroused our interest. In this short conversation, we clarify the initial framework conditions with you, if necessary, and ideally arrange an appointment for an interview with representatives from our HR team and the director responsible for your department.

Personal interview

Now we would like to get to know each other better and align expectations on both sides. During this process we are interested in getting to know your personality, and evaluate you for your cultural compliments to our diverse working team. You would have the opportunity to not only convince us of your motivation, but also ask any questions you may have about working here. This is how we all get a good picture of what future cooperation would entail because that is the prerequisite for a long-term and happy employment relationship.

And if deemed appropriate by you or us, we will also invite you to a second interview.

Contract offer

If we are all still interested in working together following the interviews, we are happy to prepare an individual and attractive contract offer for you very soon.

Of course, we have agreed on the basics with you in advance.


Yes, and then we are happy when you finally start working with us. One week before you start, you will receive a welcome email from us with a detailed plan for your first week at work.

During onboarding, you will have the opportunity to make first contacts with new colleagues, to get to know our corporate culture, complete a lot of training and gradually familiarize yourself with our procedures and processes.

You can be sure that you will receive intensive support from all sides, so that you will soon have the feeling that you have always worked at FGK.
