    Senior Data Manager

    Besides my work at FGK, which I have still enjoyed for more than 15 years, a healthy diet is also important to me. That's why I think it's even better that fresh fruit is delivered to all employees twice a week. That way, everyone can help themselves.

    What I do

    • I’m in charge of data validation and query processing
    • I prepare and review DM specific documents (data validations plan, data management plan, etc.)
    • I’m jointly responsible for coding of adverse events and concomitant medications
    • I communicate with external laboratories in order to set up specifications and data transfers
  • I'm Christoph.

    Quality Assurance Manager

    With FGK I hit the jackpot in many ways. For example, the excellent location: My commute is only 15 minutes by bike, there is plenty of good food right around the corner and the Oktoberfest is just a stone’s throw away.

    What I do

    • I support my colleagues in planning, conducting and documenting trainings
    • I check whether the rules of “Good Clinical Practice” are fully implemented at FGK
    • I help to ensure that our work processes are continuously improved

    Director Operational Affairs

    I can contribute my knowledge and experience to a friendly, open but always highly professional team. Cheering solidarity and cooperation give me great pleasure and bring back a lot of energy.

    What I do

    • I operate at the interface between Business Development and Clinical Operations
    • I work in a multifaceted mix of file review, budget matters and customer contact
    • I am contact person for our subcontractors
    • I participate in key decisions as a member of our directors team

    Clinical Research Associate

    The fact that I can work internationally allows me to broaden my horizons and participate in large, often groundbreaking projects. We have the opportunity to share experiences, learn together and get to know each other. And together we form a team.

    What I do

    • I am responsible for introducing new and diverse international projects to Polish sites
    • I am a person who arranges contacts between study sites and sponsors around the world
    • I supervise the proper conduct of clinical trials in Poland
  • I’m Ferdinand.

    Proposal Manager

    Among other things, I really appreciate the good working atmosphere and the office equipment. The height-adjustable desks alone make me come to the office, because we all sit way too much. However, it is also possible to work from the home office.

    What I do

    • I prepare customer-oriented proposals, by obtaining assistance from other departments within the company as required
    • I define the scope of work and services offered to sponsors and identify any clarifications or exceptions to inquiries
    • I support in coordination of partnering CROs and external suppliers regarding costs and contracts
  • I'm Leonie.

    Statistician

    In addition to the great working atmosphere and the wonderful colleagues, I particularly like how varied my tasks are. Each day is different, you always experience something new - it never gets boring and is a lot of fun!

    What I do

    • I support the planning of a study (protocol development, sample size estimation, consultation)
    • Then I create the statistical analysis plan and the analysis programs and finally conduct the analyses
    • After the results have been produced, I review the study report
    • In addition, there are various tasks such as preparing and conducting meetings (e.g., data review meetings)

    Quality Assurance Manager

    As commuter, thanks to the opportunities at FGK, I can flexibly decide whether I want to work in the office or from home. Due to the central location, I have good transport connections home and for business trips.

    What I do

    • I am responsible for the FGK quality management system
    • Due to my position, I have insights into many different processes and see how they are linked or influence each other
    • During audits, I check whether internal specifications, national or international requirements are being met
    • I advise my colleagues on quality matters, in numerous projects at home and abroad

    Medical Safety Physician

    At FGK, I work with people I value, respect ... and simply like. I feel that as a team we have a sense of common mission and that the work gives us all a sense of fulfillment.

    What I do

    • I review and analyze the data collected during the clinical trial to ensure that it is conducted safely and efficiently
    • I am responsible for identifying and addressing any medical problems or adverse events that occur during the trial
    • I advise the project teams and clinical trial site personnel on medical issues

    Project Manager

    FGK promotes a culture of collegiality and teamwork, with flat hierarchies that enable efficient communication and short decision-making paths. Employees are encouraged to take responsibility and contribute to the success of the company. Pure fun.

    What I do

    • I oversee the entire process of conducting medical studies
    • I work closely with all FGK teams, e.g. Monitoring, Data Management, Regulatory Affairs and Biostatistics
    • I ensure that trials are designed and executed according to study protocol, regulatory guidelines and sponsor’s agenda
    • I liaise between sites, vendors, sponsors and authorities to ensure that studies run smoothly and achieve their objectives

    Human Resources Manager

    In my job, I work with a lot of people every day, which I particularly enjoy. At FGK, I quickly noticed how great the corporate climate is and the human interaction. I really appreciate this team spirit.

    What I do

    • I am the contact person for all matters concerning our employees
    • I am responsible for preparatory payroll accounting and everything to do with company pension schemes
    • I support in the recruiting process and accompany the employees from onboarding to offboarding
    • I manage the HR master data and take care of contract management

    Clinical Research Associate

    What I appreciate most about FGK is the opportunity to train on the CRA’s job under the supervision of more experienced colleagues who are always happy to help.

    What I do

    • I’m in permanent contact with the sites, which means that there is always something going on
    • I prepare to conduct different types of visits to the sites (e.g. monitoring visit or close-out visit)

    Director General Management Hungarian office

    Working in an owner-managed company where employees are given the feeling of working in a positive, open-minded environment is a great opportunity. Thanks to flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths, I can work consistently effectively.

    What I do

    • I am responsible for the maintenance, oversight and management of all services provided by the Budapest office
    • I am in charge of human resources management and project management for clinical trials conducted in Hungary
    • I am the main point of contact between Hungarian authorities and clients and conduct clinical trial approval procedures
    • Within FGK I am jointly responsible for creating and reviewing of SOPs
  • I'm Conny.

    Senior Business Development Manager

    The owner-managed structure benefits my work. Decisions are made quickly, and the management sits in the same building. I know that the well-being of the company AND its employees is very important to them, and that motivates me.

    What I do

    • I support the proposal team and am involved in contract management with external parties
    • I organize our participation at conferences and maintain contacts with our business partners
    • I coordinate PR and marketing activities

    Project Manager

    What I appreciate the most among other things is that I can work on my projects independently and autonomously, that I can do it my way. I have found a trusting leadership style here at FGK which creates a great working atmosphere.

    What I do

    • I am responsible for planning and managing national and international clinical trials
    • I am communication hub for sponsor, sites, labs, monitors, and all other parties as well as internally at FGK for my trial
    • I make sure that every trial team member has everything he or she needs to be able to do their best

    Senior Data Manager

    What I do

    • I am responsible for development and data maintenance of Case Report Forms in clinical studies
    • I am co-responsible for coding events and medications to medical dictionaries to facilitate statistical analysis
    • I help transfer study data into the Study Data Tabulation Model (SDTM) for regulatory submissions
    • I am also jointly responsible for establishing new and improved processes in our Data Management department

    Clinical Research Assistant

    I like to keep things in order and know about every detail. FGK gives me a lot of freedom to shape my tasks according to my ideas and make improvements myself, which makes my day varied. I can effectively support my colleagues. I just feel fine at FGK.

    What I do

    • I am responsible for the operation of the Prague office, equipment and preparation of documents for the accounting office
    • I am the contact person between the world outside and inside the office
    • I help solve problems and I am ready to support the tasks of colleagues

    Senior Statistician

    By participating in regular trainings, we always stay up to date on current topics and are constantly learning. We then apply our newly acquired knowledge independently in our daily work. If I have any questions, I can always rely on my colleagues.

    What I do

    • I calculate the number of patients to be included in a clinical trial.
    • I plan the analysis and describe it in the study protocol and the statistical analysis plan
    • I perform the statistical analysis in SAS or review the programming code of my colleagues
    • I advise sponsors on statistical issues

    Director Data Management

    We have a great data management team located in Berlin and Munich. It is great fun to work with highly qualified colleagues on challenging projects. I especially like the team spirit and the sense of responsibility of every single colleague.

    What I do

    • As Director Data Management, I am responsible for the data management team at FGK
    • I support the different study teams and am the point of contact for our customers
    • I ensure that all applicable regulatory, compliance and quality standards are met

    Director Quality Assurance

    I think it's great how we exchange ideas and problems across departments at FGK. I have a lot of contact with my colleagues, we work together and we learn with and from each other. This always keeps work exciting, and we are successful together.

    What I do

    • I head the QA department at FGK
    • I host sponsor audits and regulatory inspections
    • I monitor and support the validation process of our electronic systems
    • I am happy to support my colleagues in quality in GCP-related issues

    Senior Medical Writer

    For me personally, the compatibility of work and family is a big plus. I can also work from home which gives me the flexibility I need. With a friendly atmosphere and a variety of exciting projects, I still enjoy working at FGK after more than 10 years.

    What I do

    • I develop and prepare study documents
    • I summarize complex contents
    • I report the results of clinical studies

    Administrative and Project Assistant

    I am very grateful and proud to belong to such a great company and team. No matter which departments, everyone supports and helps each other. It's all about one for all and all for one.

    What I do

    • I look after the well-being of my colleagues in all matters, from setting up workstations, ordering office supplies, etc.
    • Being in charge of the office in Berlin I`m completely free to organize myself.
    • I also support PM and CRAs regarding their studies in all matters they need

    What I do

    • I am responsible for the strategic setup and development of our employer brand - both internally and externally
    • I manage our social media platforms and develop target group-specific content accordingly
    • I am jointly responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of employees
    • I am part of the recruiting team and ensure a positive candidate experience

    Director eSolutions

    In our company, we value collegiality and support excellent team spirit. Our "open door" policy enables easy communication and collaboration at all levels. Together, we create a supportive and inclusive work environment where everyone can grow.

    What I do

    • I lead the eSolutions team, which is responsible for the EDC, RTSM, CTMS and eTMF systems
    • I am also responsible for validation and matters related to validation
    • For our customers, we configure the systems that are used in the studies

    Project Manager

    I pay a lot of attention to a good work life balance, which is why the flexible home office arrangement is a real added value for me. And: I'm allowed to bring my dog into the office.

    What I do

    • I act as an interface between all departments and the sponsor
    • I communicate a lot and frequently with all parties
    • No day is like the other - trouble shooting is a natural part of my daily work

    Manager of Cuteness and Comfort

    FGK is like heaven on earth for me. I am allowed to accompany my human Vanessa to work, chill out there all day and am provided with treats all the time. It’s just amazing. Woof!

    What I do

    • I take care not only of Vanessa, but also of the whole office
    • I help her colleagues to calm down and relax when needed
    • I let myself be petted extensively and have my belly scratched
